I’m a people-focused facilitator with experience supporting teams within major retailers including Sainsbury’s and Poundland. I’m passionate about helping teams think clearly, communicate openly, and tackle complex challenges together.

I specialise in process facilitation and behavioural training, alongside change and project management. Through Mayhew Walker Consulting, I design LEGO® Serious Play® workshops that unlock insight, trust, and shared understanding.
