Helen Walker

I’m a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and experienced Programme and Change Manager. I genuinely believe that the best ideas emerge when people are given the space, tools, and confidence to think out loud.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked across retail, logistics, and supply chain environments, leading complex change programmes and large-scale system transformations.  Along the way, I’ve seen first-hand that even the most well-designed strategies struggle if people don’t feel involved or understood.  That insight has shaped how I work today.

Alongside facilitation, I bring deep, real world experience of programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and behavioural change.  I have worked closely with senior leaders and frontline teams alike, translating strategy into practical action, simplifying complex challenges, and creating environments where people feel confident to contribute honestly.

LEGO® Serious Play® brings together everything I value about good change; inclusion, clarity, creativity and honest conversation.  I use the methodology to help teams slow down, explore challenges from different perspectives, and build shared understanding, both literally and metaphorically.

What I bring to facilitation is a rare blend of structure and empathy.  I am comfortable working with senior leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional groups. I design sessions that feel safe, engaging, and purposeful.  My background in programme delivery means I am always focused on outcomes, helping teams leave with clarity, commitment, and practical next steps that they can actually own.

People often describe my style as calm, grounded, and quietly challenging.  I ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and create space for reflection, while gently nudging teams towards insight and action.  Whether the focus is strategy, leadership, change or team alignment my aim is always the same; to help people make sense of complexity and move forward together with confidence.

LEGO® Serious Play® is the method I use, but meaningful conversation, shared ownership, and lasting change is what I care about most.
